About the Role
Careermakers Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a client seeking a results-driven, Polish-speaking Account Manager & Sales Executive to join their growing remote team.
This is a sales-first role with a strong focus on business development, revenue generation, and client growth. You will take ownership of accounts while actively identifying new opportunities, converting leads, and driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business development through proactive outreach and lead conversion
* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with a focus on revenue expansion
* Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Build strong, long-term client relationships to maximise retention and spend
* Turn inbound and outbound conversations into qualified sales opportunities
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively
* Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records
* Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and growth
What Were Looking For
* Fluent Polish (essential) written and spoken
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Highly commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth
* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
