Job Title: SEN Behavioural Teaching Assistant (PRU) Location: Northampton Contract Type: Temporary, Full-time Start Date: ASAP About the Role: Hays Education is recruiting for a dedicated SEN Behavioural Teaching Assistant to support a specialist Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Northampton. This provision caters to students aged 11-16 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviours, who are at risk of permanent exclusion from mainstream education. The PRU's goal is to help students regulate their behaviour and reintegrate into mainstream schooling.
