About the Role We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Revenues Manager to lead our Revenues Team, overseeing the billing, collection, and recovery of Council Tax, Business Rates. You will be instrumental in ensuring our revenue services deliver excellent results, adhere to statutory requirements, and continuously evolve to meet customer expectations. As a key member of the Service Management team, you will take ownership of operational performance, systems oversight, audit compliance, and process improvement. You will also play a leading role in digital projects, departmental strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
