Salary: £14.32 per hour (£29,785.60 per annum). 40 hours per week. Joining Bonus: £500.
Location: Oaklea Care & Support – Walliscote Road. Service supports eight people with complex learning difficulties.

Team Leader Role
Promote and ensure the company vision of person‑centred support is implemented, maintaining individuals’ potential and independence.
Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for staff management and staff development.
* Lead staff in promoting each client’s well‑being, safety and quality of life.
* Monitor and assist the delivery of group and individual activities aligned with client goals and well‑being measures.
* Ensure effective liaison with external parties and consistent communication within the home.
* Work in accordance with company values, policies, procedures, legislation and national minimum standards.
* Meet agreed individual annual objectives.
* Promote each client’s well‑being, safety and quality of life.
* Complete and review internal quality compliance systems.
* Participate in on‑call duties.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
* Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
* Ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a Team Leader role.
