JS Recruitment is partnering with a respected and growing engineering company to recruit a Field Service Coordinator. This important role involves supporting field teams, managing daily job schedules, and ensuring great service for customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule engineering works, including inspections, servicing, and repairs
*
Coordinate the daily work of engineers, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently
*
Communicate with customers, providing updates and resolving issues
*
Use job management software (training provided)
*
Support with documentation, health & safety forms, and invoicing
*
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and services
What We're Looking For:

Experience in a planning, scheduling, coordination or service admin role
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Confident using digital tools and systems
*
Proactive and solution-focused approach
*
Experience in an engineering or technical service setting is helpful, but not essential
