Job Description:
Associate Director Clinical Scientist Consultant – Immunology (Autoimmune/Inflammatory Focus)
Are you a Clinical Scientist who thrives on diving deep into the science behind clinical trials? Do you enjoy working cross-functionally to ensure endpoints are scientifically robust, meaningful, and aligned with therapeutic goals? If so, we want to hear from you.
We’re supporting a cutting-edge biotech company focused on autoimmune and inflammatory diseases across multiple indications. This is a critical hire for the team, and we’re looking for someone who can bring strong scientific rigour to clinical development—not just operational oversight.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Act as the scientific lead within clinical development teams, ensuring endpoints, safety, and efficacy data are scientifically sound and clinically relevant.
* Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Data Management to ensure study design and data collection align with scientific objectives.
* Review and validate scientific content shared with clinical sites (e.g., patient-facing materials, site tools).
* Contribute to protocol development, clinical study reports, and regulatory submissions.
* Stay current with relevant literature and therapeutic landscape to inform study design and interpretation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong background in Clinical Science, ideally within autoimmune or inflammatory disease indications.
* Experience working in cross-functional clinical teams, with a focus on scientific accuracy and endpoint strategy.
* Ability to critically assess data and contribute to scientific discussions around safety and efficacy.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative biotech environment.
Why This Role?
This is a high-impact position with visibility across the clinical development organisation. You’ll be working on innovative programs with a team that values scientific depth and collaboration. The role is still open, but interest is growing—so now is the time to get involved.
Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit. Check our Blog for more information.
