With a solid Inland Marine and Property foundation, this business is ready to scale their international marine cargo offering, and they want you to lead this effort.
Collaborate with the business to secure capacity, build direct broker partnerships worldwide using their existing network, and craft strategies to grow the global marine cargo book.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary up to £200k, PLUS a 33% profit share, and the chance for a significant payout once targets are achieved.
