Finance Manager – Cheltenham
Salary: £60,000 DOE (flexible for the right person)
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing business in Cheltenham. Reporting directly to the MD, you’ll oversee a small finance team and take ownership of all financial processes, controls, and reporting.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the Finance Team
Produce month-end accounts, budgets & forecasts
Manage cash flow, reconciliations, and payroll (Sage)
Oversee credit control and compliance tasks
Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For
Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
Experience in a similar finance role
Strong Sage 50 knowledge
Excellent Excel skills
Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
