Description: We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support 1-2 members of our expanded executive team. This role will cover extensive diary management, gatekeeping, scheduling, organising offsites/team socials and covering ad hoc requests. This role also includes the interim opportunity to work directly with our Founder CEO and CFO, and to lead a team of two EAs, while our Senior EA & Team Lead is away on maternity leave. This role is not for the faint hearted. You should be comfortable (and enjoy) working in a very fast paced and rapidly evolving environment. In this critical role, you will work closely with executives to understand their top priorities to help manage their time effectively and offer comprehensive business, as well as some personal support. You will also be responsible for facilitating efficient and effective communication with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, elevating and enhancing the TrueLayer brand. As an interim team manager, you will be responsible for cultivating a vibrant and supportive environment, streamlining team processes and nurturing the growth of each team member to optimise performance excellence and ensure consistent level of support across the executive team. What we expect from you as a Senior Executive Assistant Support up to two executives at a given time, (General Counsel, Founder/CEO and/or CFO) with business assistance. This includes handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and overseeing the planning of your executive's commitments in consultation with key stakeholders; Partner with the Chief of Staff to CEO to build an established understanding of the CEO's priorities, enabling you to effectively manage their time and schedule (interim cover); Structure and strategically manage your executive's calendar and plan ahead of time Organise company wide events such as away days, summer parties, hackathons, and off sites, in partnership with our brand and workplace teams; Provide some personal assistance to the CEO (interim cover) Manage the EA team and work closely with them to provide support and development opportunities About you: Proven experience supporting multiple executives and managing an EA team Experience with successfully coordinating and executing company-wide events A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Highly efficient and organised - you optimise time and resources, streamline diaries and proactively anticipate challenges and identify solutions Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to different audiences, from investors, board members to employees at all levels of seniority Able to provide support for international and sophisticated travel needs, providing flexibility on working hours when required to support meeting coordination across time zones during certain periods of the year. This includes: drafting travel itineraries, providing logistics assistance remotely, and assisting with visa processing. Flexible and adaptable - being able to swiftly adjust to changing priorities energises you and gives you a sense of accomplishment Present - you're happy to be physically present in the office 3-4 days a week because you know that's the best way to grab pockets of free time to support executives in person and build relationship and trust Tech savvy - proficient use of G-suite (including GMail, Calendar, Gdrive, GSlides) Google Meet, Slack, MacOS and common travel management tools (we use TravelPerk) Confident, directive and decisive while personable to keep your executive on track Ability to read between the lines and ask the right questions and make educated guesses based on your knowledge of the business context and priorities We would be particularly excited if you have: Fintech, Payments, Financial Services, or tech industry experience Have a background in similarly sized start ups and scale ups Have worked directly with a founder in the past Don't meet all the requirements?
