Base pay range
Goodman Masson is exclusively partnering with a high-growth, listed media-tech business to hire a talented Finance Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, highly profitable company where you’ll take a lead role in shaping the finance function during a critical phase of expansion. 2 days in 3 at home.
Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Reporting, you’ll manage a team of 2. This is a broad, hands-on role with real influence – ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make change.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead delivery of statutory and management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
* Oversee financial reporting, tax, audit, treasury, and internal controls
* Oversee year end audit process - partnering with external audit team.
* Manage FP&A processes
* Maintain cash flow visibility and support working capital management
* Lead on VAT submissions and tax compliance
* Assist with technical accounting
* Be a key driver of financial discipline and control across the business
About You:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA Audit trained), Ideally moving across from Audit at Manager level.
* A hands-on leader with strong technical background
* Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
* Strong communicator who can build trust across finance and non-finance
* A natural problem solver – proactive, solutions-driven and process-focused
