Branch Manager – Industrial Recruitment – £45,000 + Commission + Package – Dartford, Kent, Excellent opportunity for a Senior Consultant seeking a Branch Manager with a proven background in Industrial Recruitment.
Independent suppliers of recruitment services across the Industrial sector are seeking a manager with excellent people skills to lead a small team delivering Industrial operatives to an established client base.
Responsibilities
* Management of staff within the Branch.
* Formulation of Business Development Strategies to help grow the business.
* Account management, and development of new business relationships.
* To agree to targets and sales strategies to ensure individual targets are met and maintained.
* Provide clients with bespoke recruitment solutions on a PSL/Sole Supplier basis.
Remuneration
£45,000 + Commission + Branch Bonus + Package
Location and Eligibility
This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK. Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
