We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter with experience hiring globally, to be a key part of our expansion plans. This will be an individual contributor role as a member of a very collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and attracting candidates Hiring Senior level engineers across different Tech stacks Managing the full recruitment life cycle with an emphasis on great candidate experience Collaborate with internal teams to develop sourcing and attraction strategies to drive top talent to Nearform Identify recruitment market trends and tools Collaborating with the team on hiring requests and prioritisation What we are looking for in this person: Self starter who can work proactively and autonomously Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong experience hiring Senior level engineers with a primary focus on Python & Javascript Experience with different sourcing tools and ATS systems Comfortable working in a remote-first culture and a fast paced environment Bring energy, empathy, and fun to work daily Ability to work across multiple roles and streams A good networker with demonstrable experience building long term relationships with candidates Strong stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach Benefits & Perks: Annual Company Bonus - We all help Nearform to hit company goals so we all receive a share of the profits on an annual basis in line with company performance.
