Overseeing contractors and witness the testing and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and other systems for Lifecycle/Change Projects. Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems. Understanding and application of Building Regulations. CDM 2015 understanding. Provides Surveying capabilities to support change, the Lifecycle plan. Experience in undertake the pricing of Scope of Works to support Change, Lifecycle planning and the Asset Management Plan. Review of contractors' quotes, tender returns and work estimates to substantiate or challenge value for money. Energy Management - Environmental impact and carbon footprint. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Hold an HNC/HND or City & Guilds level or equivalent in a relevant discipline preferably with a professional membership e.g., IET or CIBSE. A recognised formal Project Management qualification, with an industry recognised qualification in engineering, building or facilities management. Experience: A Team player who is practical, flexible and proactive with the strength to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines. The ability to utilise undertaken analysis of survey information and other related estates data to provide succinct Scope of Works to support Change, the Lifecycle Plan and AMP. Skills: Technically competent with the ability to think analytically in a logical and systematic manner which shows a structured approach to organising work. Have excellent people, time and project management skills with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
