đ°ïžHours: 20 hours per week

Shift pattern: working Saturday & Sunday an 8âhour shift (including a 30 minute unpaid break) scheduled between 08:00â20:00+ Monday 09:00â14:00
đžSalary: ÂŁ13,322.40 per annum (ÂŁ12.81) plus PRP.
đLocation: Hybrid - Norwich
đTraining : You need to be able to commit to 2 weeks of Full Time Training, Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:00 (working 35 hours per week)
đStart Date :27/04/2026 - Please note that this role is subject to preâemployment screening, including basic DBS checks and two years of referencing. All screening must be completed prior to your start date, which may result in the start date being adjusted if required.
đThis role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.
đFor this role, you need 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download internet speed

đABOUT YOU
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customerâs needs.
You will have had a minimum of a yearâs experience in a customer facing role and have great customer service skills. It would be advantageous if you have worked in a contact centre.
The role is computer based so you need to be able to navigate around multiple systems - CRM knowledge would be great, but all training is given.
đ§THE ROLE
The heart of the role is a passion for quality and producing high levels of customersatisfaction, through highly motivated and target driven people.
You will be engaging with our customers providing exceptional service and support, receiving enquiries and exploring additional requirements.
In this role you will be taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, making outbound followâup calls to help customers with their enquiries.
You will be working across the different sectors of Customer Services which include all aspects of the customer service environment handling the life cycle of our customers.
This requires working closely with all departments in C365 while ensuring that quality and accuracy and outstanding customer service is maintained throughout.
