About you…

You will be an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about person‑centred practice and enabling people to live safely and independently.

As a senior practitioner, you will deliver timely, creative OT interventions while supporting colleagues to maintain high‑quality, strengths‑based practice. Working within our dynamic, multi‑disciplinary Adult Social Care Hub at Time Square, you will collaborate with social workers, nurses, therapists and partners across health, housing and the voluntary sector. Together, you will support early intervention, manage risk and shape positive outcomes for adults at the very start of their social care journey.

If you thrive on variety, teamwork, and making a meaningful difference, this is the role for you.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting colleagues to ensure consistent, high‑quality practice. Our inclusive culture promotes professional curiosity, reflection, and continuous development. Your expertise will genuinely shape the way we work.

Key responsibilities...

* Offer senior clinical oversight for complex cases, guiding decision‑making and supporting colleagues across the Hub and wider MDT.
* Deliver supervision, coaching, and professional guidance to OT staff, students, and unqualified colleagues.
* Contribute to service development, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement within the Hub.
* Access regular CPD, reflective supervision, and practical support to maintain professional competence and develop specialist skills.
* Provide cross‑team support within Adult Social Care as required to ensure service continuity and high‑quality practice.

Our benefits…

* 28 days annual leave increasing to 33 days after 3 years’ continuous service, with the opportunity to buy up to 10 and sell up to 5 days.
* Hybrid working opportunities to support your wellbeing and work-life balance.
* Paid employee volunteering scheme.
