This is a key leadership role responsible for coordinating mechanical maintenance operations across a large, complex site that includes manufacturing, R&D, and commercial facilities. The Mechanical Team Leader will act as the primary escalation point for mechanical issues, ensuring high standards of compliance, safety, and operational performance.
