Are you an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Nurse or Social Worker experienced in working with disabled children, young people and their families based in the Bristol area? Have you considered a career in Case Management? The role is offered home-based with consideration to full or part-time hours. You would manage a client caseload with visits to clients in their homes within your geographical area. Working remotely for ILS doesn't mean working alone. Our Case Managers are supported by a dedicated Professional Mentor who is experienced in case management. You will receive regular mentorship sessions and the assistance of a knowledgeable Head Office team. On joining, you will receive a comprehensive induction and have regular, ongoing training and professional development opportunities through supported CPD. We provide networking opportunities through professional and social events within an inclusive and collaborative culture.
At ILS, you will have the opportunity to work holistically with clients to achieve their best outcomes. Our Case Managers have a manageable case load with a focus on person centred work, putting the client at the heart of all we do.
