* IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL - Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
* Handle individual and group arrivals efficiently using hotel systems
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of The Celtic Collection and its services to assist guests with queries and recommendations
* Provide a memorable first and last impression, ensuring every guest enjoys a five-star experience
