The Role

Key Responsibilities:
As a VDA/Estimator, you will:
* Prepare accurate and thorough estimates using Audatex and/or GT Motive.
* Capture and evidence all vehicle damage for insurance and customer records.
* Follow recognised manufacturer methods (Thatcham, Ezi-Methods).
* Liaise directly with customers to manage repair expectations and discuss any additional safety or retail considerations.
* Monitor repair KPIs to support site efficiency and profitability.
* Provide technical advice to the Customer Service team.
* Update estimates to ensure timely authorisation and correct invoicing.
* Ensure work aligns with operational budgets.
* Keep accurate records and maintain up-to-date knowledge of repair methods.

We are looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience in an Estimating role within body repair.
* Proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality repair estimates.
* Confidence in using Audatex, GT Motive, Thatcham, and Ezi-Methods.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
