Compensation
£120,000 - £130,000 OTE + stock options, remote, UK based.
Location
Remote – UK based.
Reporting
Reports to Kathy, Head of Sales. Works alongside 2 other AEs (US) and a Strategic Account Manager in the UK. Collaborates with Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Security.
What You’ll Do
* Manage the full new‑business sales cycle from discovery to close.
* Generate and manage a robust pipeline, self‑source at least 50% of opportunities.
* Consistently meet or exceed new‑business revenue targets.
* Deliver consultative selling tailored to our ICP using SPICED methodology.
* Conduct compelling demos, articulate value, and navigate procurement processes.
* Validate early pain points and accelerate sales cycle with creative strategies.
* Apply an AI‑first mindset, using modern sales tools and AI‑driven insights.
Who You Are
* Minimum 1 year as an SDR/BDR and 2 years proven in a quota‑carrying AE role within SaaS.
* Comfortable in dynamic, startup environments.
* Proficient with sales technologies and open to new tools.
* Resilient, adaptable, persevering in challenges.
* Collaborative team player contributing positively to culture.
