Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:
First 12 weeks:
* Basic rate from 6am to 6pm : £12.48 per hour (potential earning of £468 per week plus overtime)
* Premium night rate from 6pm to 6am - £13.87 per hour (potential earning of £520 per week plus overtime)
After 12 weeks:
* Basic rate from 6am to 6pm : £14.81 per hour (potential earning of £555 per week plus overtime)
* Premium night rate from 6pm to 6am - £16.68 per hour (potential earning of £625 per week plus overtime)
There is the potential of up to 2hrs of overtime available each day. Overtime is reconciled over a 4-weekly period (overtime limits apply).
Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative
We have a variety of shifts available:
* 06:00 - 14:00
* 08:00 - 16:00
* 14:00 - 22:00
* 18:00 - 02:00
* Other shifts may be available
You will be on a rota for any 5 days per week and expected to work 37.5hrs per week (flexibility will be required)

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
* Order Picking for a leading grocery retailer using MHE equipment
* Ensure all operational manuals and safe systems of work are followed to achieve an accident-free operation
* To reconcile products with documentation and to load/unload vehicles
* Where a company uniform and personal protective equipment have been issued, they must be always worn when on duty
* This is a physical job so you must enjoy work of a physical nature such as lifting
