Job Title – Residential Property/Conveyancing Solicitor
Location – Marlow
Are you a talented Residential Conveyancer seeking a new role with flexibility, stability and genuine career progression? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a long-established, highly respected law firm with multiple offices across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Due to continued growth, it is expanding its Residential Property team and is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join its busy department.

Role Overview:
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will handle a varied residential caseload, managing files from initial instruction through to completion. You’ll work across both freehold and leasehold matters and liaise with a diverse range of clients including individuals, corporate entities and buy-to-let investors.
Key Responsibilities:

* Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions
* Title checking and resolving legal issues
* Preparing and reviewing contracts and supporting documents
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders and brokers
* Ensuring all post-completion processes are completed accurately
* Working with modern case management systems
* Handling client billing in a timely and accurate manner
* Proactively developing relationships with referrers and new business contacts

About You:
An experienced Residential Conveyancer, either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with:

* Minimum 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
* Strong technical knowledge of leasehold properties, corporate clients and portfolio transactions
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
* Professional, proactive and commercially minded
* A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
