Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Trainee Case Manager specialising in Brain Injury to join our supportive team. Responsibilities
* Assist with the organisation and management of case files related to clients with brain injuries
* Support the development and implementation of personalised care plans under supervision
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth service delivery
* Conduct basic analysis of client needs and progress to inform case management strategies
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and offering empathetic support
* Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation in accordance with organisational policies
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and skills
Requirements
* Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret client information accurately
* Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
* Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are a must
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* A genuine interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or social services fields
* Organised, detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
