You will have substantial experience working in Education Recruitment with at least two years' experience & are a proven biller. Any type of desk is welcome, primary, secondary or SEND. You will be driven & hungry & be able to thrive in a non-typical sales environment: no KPIs as trust is a core value of the company. Salary is dependant on experience.
