The Role As our Building Services Manager (M&E), you will play a key role in overseeing the design, co-ordination, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems across a large-scale residential project. You’ll work closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage and co-ordinate all M&E services from pre-construction through to handover Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and installation plans Liaise with consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of services Oversee on-site installations, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction Monitor progress and report on M&E milestones and risks About You To be considered for the role of Building Services Manager, you will need to demonstrate: Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 years’ experience in building services, ideally within high-end residential or complex refurbishment projects Proven experience managing M&E installations on-site Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards Excellent communication and coordination skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset How to Apply If your skill set matches the above and the prospect of helping deliver some of the country’s finest projects appeals to you, please reach out by clicking Apply.
