Responsibilities as a Sous Chef
Assisting the Head Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining the highest food quality standards.
Supporting and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent dishes.
Helping to create and update menus, focusing on seasonal and steak-led dishes.
Ensuring all health and safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
Managing stock levels, assisting with ordering and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
