Drama and Dance Teacher - Wolverhampton
Are you passionate about inspiring creativity and confidence in young people? Do you love drama and dance, and have the ability to teach these performing arts in an engaging way? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Drama and Dance Teacher to join our team in Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate drama and dance lessons for students across various age groups.
2. Encourage students to develop their performance skills in acting, movement, and dance.
3. Provide constructive feedback to foster students' growth and confidence in the performing arts.
4. Collaborate with staff to create a vibrant and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
* A degree or relevant qualification in Drama, Dance, or Performing Arts.
* Experience teaching drama and/or dance to children or young people (school or extracurricular settings).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire students.
* A creative and flexible approach to teaching.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in performing arts education.
* (Preferred but not essential) Experience directing or choreographing school productions.

Pay rates quoted include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanence later.
