Teaching Personnel is recruiting Cover Supervisors to start as soon as possible. What the Role Involves
As a Cover Supervisor you will:
Supervise pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Maintain a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment
Encourage pupils to stay engaged, motivated and ready to learn
Support a school ethos that prioritises well-being, respect, diversity and personal growth
Follow school policies and procedures
This role does not involve lesson planning or marking, meaning you can focus on building your confidence in classroom management and student support.
