We're seeking a reliable and skilled Loft Installer to join our team working on social housing properties. If you're passionate about making homes warmer, safer, and more energy-efficient for families who need it most, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install loft insulation and boarding in occupied social housing units
2. Ensure all work complies with health & safety and building regulations
3. Communicate respectfully with tenants and housing officers
4. Maintain a clean and professional working environment
Requirements:
5. Experience in loft insulation
6. NVQ Level 2 Loft Insulation
7. CSCS Card
8. Comfortable working in confined spaces and at height
9. Full UK driving license preferred
10. DBS check may be required due to working in vulnerable households

11. Install cavity wall insulation in occupied and void social housing units
12. Carry out pre-installation assessments and post-installation checks
13. Operate machinery safely and efficiently
14. Liaise with tenants and housing officers with courtesy and care
What You'll Need:
15. Experience in cavity wall insulation (preferred)
16. NVQ Level 2 Cavity Wall Installation
17. Strong attention to detail and safety
18. Full UK driving license
19. DBS clearance may be required
