Role: Branch Supervisor
Hours: 44 per week – Permanent role, 7am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 8am – 12pm on a Saturday rota.
Salary: £29,918.43 basic salary per year.
Bonus/OTE: Realistic total earning potential of up to £34,718 per year.
Base: Site based.

We are delighted to be recruiting a Branch Supervisor to work closely with the Branch Manager and Trade Counter colleagues to help deliver excellence. Our Trade Branch Supervisors are hands‑on and lead by example to deliver excellence in customer service and operational standards, and develop strong relationships with customers to enhance the customer experience, whilst driving sales and market share.

What Our Branch Supervisors Do
* Hands‑on, lead by example, work closely with the Branch Manager in day‑to‑day branch operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers.
* Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards and branch sales targets are achieved.
* Support the delivery of sales targets whilst developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
* Assist with the delivery of branch operations.
* Provide support and assistance to Branch colleagues as required.
* Support the Branch Manager to ensure team completes actions and activities on time, and in full.
* Ensure Branch team compliance with Health and Safety, company policies and procedures.
* Undertake stocktakes and audits.
* Maintain maintenance records for Branch vehicles.
* Conduct Branch housekeeping for front of house, warehousing and merchanting.
What We Need From Our Branch Supervisors
* Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
* A hands‑on, customer‑focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers.
* A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring customers always walk away happy.
* Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
* Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry standard software e.g., SAP.
* A full and valid driving licence is essential, and a FLT licence could be a distinct advantage.
* Ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required.
* Previous branch stock‑take experience could be a distinct advantage.
* Comfortable working in a small team and on occasions alone.
* Experience within a similar role ideally in a trade or builders merchant, retail, glazing or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage.
