Residential Real Estate Paralegal – Our client, a Legal 500 firm with offices in Brighton and Holborn, are now seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join their team at their Brighton office. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 months' experience supporting a busy property department within the UK market.

Residential Real Estate Paralegal – Brighton
Responsibilities
- Assist Partners to senior Paralegals in the running of live files from instructions through to post completion.
- liaise with all parties and provide administrative assistance throughout the conveyancing process.
- File opening, AML compliance, submitting AP1 and SDLT forms, dealing with administrative exchange formalities, completion and post completion tasks.
- Draft financial statements and invoices and perform general admin duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent hands-on transaction experience; commercially aware and well-presented.
- General interest in networking and business development.
