Hours: 32½ hours per week during term time (M1‑UPS3). Start date: April 2026.
The role involves introducing GCSE Film Studies (WJEC/Eduqas) and GCSE Creative i‑Media (OCR Cambridge Nationals) to our students. You will develop new curriculum, collaborate with the leadership team, work with the ICT and Arts Awards teams, and may teach at our satellite site in Shelfield Ormiston Academy.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of neurodiversity and mental health difficulties faced by young people.
* Ability to motivate learners and overcome barriers to education.
* Proven techniques for building trust and mutual respect.
* Experience with adaptive teaching strategies and varied engagement methods.
* Excellent organisational skills for curriculum planning and outcome delivery.
* Commitment to a positive culture and willingness to go above and beyond for students.
* Competency in programmes such as Photoshop, Illustrator and video‑editing software.
* Full enhanced DBS clearance is required before starting.
