Position: Senior Executive Consultant - Education and NfP Professional Services
Location: Watford, WD18 (Hybrid)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £28,000 to £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
The role involves managing order entry, cash processes, and product delivery to commercial customers across the EMEA region, as well as handling calls and emails regarding technical emergencies and inquiries.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering customer inquiries via phone or email promptly to ensure efficient, reliable service
* Managing customer orders from entry to billing, including sending and following up on quotations and pre-payment documents
* Opening, updating, and managing tickets/cases in our system for each customer inquiry, coordinating with other departments
* Responding effectively to questions regarding orders and deliveries, resolving complaints and queries, and raising credits/debits to settle outstanding deductions, all communicated timely
Working hours are variable due to shift patterns:
* One week: early shift 7:00-16:00 (3 days in office/2 from home)
* Next week: late shift 9:00-18:00 (working from home)
Criteria:
* Business proficiency in French (written and spoken)
* Business proficiency in Dutch, Spanish, Polish, Italian, German, or Hebrew (written and spoken)
* Experience in customer service
