Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Job Types: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

The candidate will be operating in a busy environment and will be involved in a combination of receiving, packing, handling goods and all necessary shipping tasks.

Requirements:
* Ability to communicate effectively with other team members, customers and suppliers
* Flexibility to take a hands-on approach to tasks within the warehouse as required
* Be able to work with heavy goods/items, work at elevated heights
* The ability to work effectively
* Excellent team-working skills to effectively collaborate with other members of the team
* Basic computer literacy knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and in house systems
* Honest and trustworthy
* We are looking for a committed, reliable individual who is keen to learn
* Full UK Driving License
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring that all goods that are packaged to a high standard, loaded correctly and match the relevant paperwork
* Taking responsibility for all the company's shipping and freight
* Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures
* Reporting any goods issues, damages or missing goods
* Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy whilst maintaining equipment
* Follow workplace health and safety rules when handling goods
* Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules
* Assisting with warehouse inventory controls
* Treating goods with care and concern at all times

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
