Job Description
The Finance Business Partner will be a key member of the Finance team with duties including:
3. Understand the business's information needs and proactively deliver financial analysis, reports, and insights that support both daily operations and long‑term strategic objectives.
4. Support business initiatives by developing business cases, financial models, scenario analysis, and other measures used to evaluate project success.
5. Provide financial modelling and investment appraisal to guide and influence business change.
6. Owning the financial accuracy of high‑value quotations and ensuring all business risks are appropriately considered.
7. Prepare monthly project management reports and analyse project performance against budgets and forecasts.
8. Carry out additional business support tasks within the Finance team to meet internal and external customer requirements.
9. Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accurate project financial data, while improving reporting.
10. Assist the Financial Controller with annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and month‑end processes.
11. Collaborate with the systems team to develop activity‑based costing and reporting to improve the accuracy and visibility of service‑related financial information.

Essential Requirements:
12. Strong commercial mindset with ability to spot opportunities/risks and influence decisions.
13. Experience partnering senior stakeholders in a multinational environment.
14. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
15. Senior finance experience with full P&L and balance sheet ownership.
16. Advanced MS Office and finance system skills.
17. Clear communicator able to explain complex financial data to non‑finance audiences.
18. Skilled in building and using complex financial models.
Qualifications:
19. Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or finalist.
