Operating at the intersection of advanced technology, real-world deployment and commercial success, you will take on a pivotal position with responsibility across UK and international customers. You will lead the integration, testing, and demonstration of complex, multi-sensor systems - ensuring they perform seamlessly in high-stake environments. From enabling sophisticated product demonstrations that directly support sales, to working hands-on with customers to integrate solutions into operational use, this role offers the chance to combine technical expertise with visible impact, shaping how innovative capabilities are deployed globally.

Our products provide ultra-high performance, real-time detection, tracking, identification and targeting of dynamic aerial threats. They have been deployed internationally to protect high profile military and civilian assets, and contribute towards the defeat of nuisance, misguided and maliciously deployed drones during operations.

What you’ll be doing:
System Integration: Support customers with the integration of our products and technologies alongside third-party systems through a range of standard and bespoke data interfaces, including (but not limited to) sensors and data processing platforms.
Demonstrations & Testing: Deliver complex multi-sensor demonstrations and test events using both in-house and third-party products, including configuration of control software to manage communication and interaction between system components.
Collaboration: Work closely with strategic partners around the world to ensure successful integration, testing and deployment of solutions.
Customer & Field Representation: Represent the company across a wide range of activities, including test and evaluation programmes and customer-facing sales demonstrations.
Global Travel: Travel internationally to support customers and projects, engaging confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders, from end users to scientists and engineers while contributing to ongoing global success.
What we’re looking for:
* Technical Experience: Experience of military C2 and/or sensor systems.
* Passion for Technology: A genuine enthusiasm for technology and engineering.
* Computer Literacy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
* Autonomy & Systems Knowledge: Ability to work productively and independently across all areas of system test and integration, with a strong understanding of systems engineering.
* Creativity & Initiative: Possess the creativity and drive to seek, identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance the customer support offering.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, able to articulate technically complex capabilities clearly.
* Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel regularly and represent OpenWorks to customers and suppliers, including hands-on integration support.
* Internal Collaboration: Ability to manage internal relationships to ensure the business understands and can meet customer needs.
* Driving License: Full, valid UK driving license.
* Security Clearance: Ability to achieve UK security clearance if not already held.
Desirable
* Optical & Sensor Integration: Specific experience with optical systems and/or integration of sensors into systems-of-systems.
* Languages: Knowledge and/or fluency in another language
