Our client, a reputable dealership in Mallusk, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. Duties:
* Conduct servicing, repairs, and inspections on cars and vans to manufacturer standards
* Carry out fault diagnosis using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently
* Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and manufacturer guidelines
* Maintain accurate job cards and detailed service records
* Work effectively within a team to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output
* Keep tools and equipment in good condition, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
* Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally in a main dealership environment
* MOT licence is desirable but not essential
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools requiredStrong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
* Willingness to develop skills through manufacturer training, especially in electric vehicle maintenance and repair
