Lily Residential Services is looking for passionate, caring and committed Residential Childcare Workers to join our supportive teams in our children s homes in Poole. You will be supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Role : Residential Childcare Worker
Hours : 39 hours per week, including an average of 2.33 sleep-ins per week (calculated over a rota)
Salary : £31,382 £31,990.40 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in payments)
Additional pay:
~ Higher sleep-in rates for any additional sleep-ins above the rota d amount
~10% uplift on hourly rate for overtime worked within a set period
~ Paid training and ongoing professional development

Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
Have experience in care or working with children (essential)

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will:
Provide high-quality day-to-day care and emotional support
