Responsibilities:
* Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and investors
* Analysing and evaluating potential investment prospects
* Conducting thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends
* Providing expert guidance to clients regarding buy-to-let options and strategies
* Successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets
* Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
* Conducting property market appraisals
* Taking photos and writing listings for advertising on major property portals
* Understanding client requirements and providing suitable solutions in the market
* Staying up to date with market insights and trends
* Maintaining regular contact with clients and building strong relationships based on trust and transparency
Skills Required:
* Highly organised, hardworking, and able to multitask in changing market conditions
* Demonstrated success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
* A solid grasp of property investment mathematics, including yields, interest cover, and loan-to-value (LTV) ratios
* The capability to cross-sell across various projects and locations, enhancing business growth
* Confident, articulate, and self-motivated
* Exceptional expertise in sales and effective closing techniques
* Prior knowledge of the property investment sector is advantageous but not required
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
