We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out the planned and reactive maintenance across a number of commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, recordkeeping.
2. Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.
4. Test HVAC systems to ensure they are operating at optimal levels.
5. Responsible for statutory compliance of F-Gas
6. Carry out installation of air conditioning systems when required.
7. Production of detail technical quotations - including correct parts and labour times required to ensure profitability, cost control and client satisfaction.
8. Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
