We are adding to our exceptional team who support a young woman with physical disabilities to live life to the full. In this varied and unusual role you will be providing a high standard of individualised support in the client's own fully equipped home.
The role includes support with:
· Leisure, learning and development activities
· Leading a full and active social life, including holidays UK and abroad
· Health, medical, personal care and general well being
· Running of her own household
Values and attitudes are more important in this role than specific qualifications or experience.
A continuous cycle of training and personal development opportunities are provided, and you will be supported by Team Leaders and a Case Manager.
You will need the following core skills and personal characteristics:
· Very good standard of written and spoken English
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· ICT and social media skills
· A positive outlook and initiative taking approach
· Equally comfortable working in a team and on own initiative
Having the flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern and work on holidays UK and abroad is of paramount importance.

· Full-time role of 40 hours per week, worked on a rota basis and shift pattern of one 24 hour shift 08:00-08:00am and one 16 hours shift 07:00-23:00pm per week.
· Hourly rate: £14.75 per hour for the duration of the shift
· Annual leave: 6 weeks per year
Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and be willing to drive a Wheelchair Adapted Vehicle.
