We are establishing a new multi-disciplinary team responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of digital content distributed through our main external website and staff intranet.
This role will be part of a team of experienced specialists working collaboratively to ensure a user-centred approach that provides a great user experience with engaging, relevant, and accessible content that meets (and exceeds) user needs.
Ultimately, the team’s work will create high-performing digital experiences that help prospective students and other external stakeholders choose to study and work with UWTSD, and enable colleagues to find and share information more effectively.
These new roles will sit alongside other teams in the wider Marketing department, such as social media, Advertising, and Content Marketing.
THE ROLE
The Content Designer (Web) will be responsible for creating, updating, and evaluating content for one or more digital products, including the main external website and staff intranet.

Working closely with colleagues within the multidisciplinary delivery team, such as UX Researchers, Senior SEO Officers, and Content Editors, you will develop content solutions that meet or exceed user needs. The role will also collaborate with design teams in Digital Services to plan and deliver successful new products.
You will support the delivery of strategic marketing objectives through collaboration with colleagues across the University.
