Following a recent promotion within the team, Paradigm Housing Group is seeking a Planned Works Manager – Kitchen & Bathroom to oversee a circa £5m stock investment programme, ensuring high standards and timely project delivery. You will manage both internal teams and external contractors to ensure our properties meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver stock investment programmes for kitchen and bathroom renewals, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Oversee a team of technicians, senior lead technicians, and sub-contractors, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
Lead on contract administration, procurement, and health & safety compliance including CDM regulations.
Ensure all Decent Homes Failures are addressed one year in advance.
Conduct sub-contractor performance reviews and take action on underperformance.
Maintain a customer-focused service, ensuring all projects meet agreed service levels and budgets.
