Project Surveyor - £42,000 per annum + excellent benefits - covering the South East/London, Home Counties and the West Midlands.
Are you an experienced Surveyor/Project Manager, who's passionate about making a real impact on residents, and ready to tackle exciting challenges head on?
This is a hybrid position: you will work from home on average two days a week, and the other three days will involve site visits across your designated patch. You will have full control over your diary to book site visits accordingly.
What are we looking for?
* An experienced Surveyor who has additional project management and contract management skills.
* Someone who thrives on autonomy and tackles exciting challenges head‑on.
* An excellent communicator, who can build strong relationships with various contractors.
What does the job entail?
* Carrying out stock condition surveys on residential properties.
* Project managing a diverse range of projects, including major refurbishments and vital adaptations.
* Managing relationships with, and performance of, external contractors.
* Overseeing statutory compliance including gas, electric, fire safety and asbestos.
