Chauffeur/Executive Driver
Job Overview:
We are seeking one or more self-employed Chauffeur/Executive Drivers to join our team, providing first-class journeys to our clients travelling for business and sporting events, Michelin-starred restaurants, airports and many more locations.
We are looking for individuals who can offer high levels of customer service and who can drive to equally high standards with the utmost courtesy. The work will require you to work with the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality as you deliver our clients to their destinations across the UK in one of our fleet of class leading, luxury vehicles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Safely and smoothly drive clients to a range of destinations across the UK including Lord's, Twickenham, Wembley, Ascot, Sandringham, and central London.
• Provide an excellent client experience, including meet and greet in airports, loading and unloading luggage, delivering a concierge-style service.
• Plan journeys in advance and always arrive on time. Monitor flight/train schedules and adjust ETAs proactively. Keeping clients, bookers and passengers, always updated ensuring a pleasant stress-free journey experience.
• Comply with all private hire licencing conditions and all relevant UK regulations.
• Ensure company vehicles are cleaned inside and out and always prepared for the next client collection.
• Carry out and document company vehicle inspections and maintenance checks prior to every job.
• Keep base and clients updated through timely use of company's chauffeur management software.

• Ability to maintaining focus and attention to detail whilst driving on both short and long journeys including all day assignments
• Previous chauffeuring or professional driving experience (preferred)
REQUIRED
Essential
• Full UK Driving Licence for at least the last 5 years
• Current Broadland District Council (BDC) Private Hire Licence, (we can support you with the application process)
• Due to insurance requirements suitable applicants must be aged 30 and over
• Live in, or close to, Breckland area
• A polished, professional appearance following company dress code (3-piece suit, formal shirt, tie, polished shoes)
• Technically astute, with own smart phone compatible with our chauffeur management and vehicle software
Preferred
• Advanced driving qualifications (IAM,ROSPA), ex-Military, police or security background will be a distinct advantage but not essential.
• Traffic related first aid certificate
• Member (provisional acceptable) of the Guild of Professional Chauffeurs (GOPC) or equivalent.
