Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)

This role is to cover maternity leave for 14 months.
Basic Purpose of Role
1. Provide a high quality customer focussed PA and secretarial support to the Company's Management Team. To inspire each other with a ‘can do' attitude and to build strong teams in order to deliver consistently great service everyday, delighting and exceeding customer expectations.
Main Duties
2. To provide an exemplary PA/secretarial support to the board, which will include:
3. Typing
4. Photocopying and despatching outgoing correspondence
5. Managing diary schedule
6. Record and pass on messages accurately
7. Arranging internal and external meetings and preparing necessary documentation
8. Arranging travel and accommodation
9. Compilation of expense claim forms
10. Maintenance of filing system
11. Greeting visitors
12. Minute and note taking
Special Working Conditions
13. May be a requirement to work additional hours as necessary.
14. To work on a flexible basis if required.
