Freelance Project Manager required for a £20M new build 200-bed student accommodation project scheduled for Practical Completion (PC) around September 2026. The project involves working for the principal contractor on a steel portal frame scheme, including amenities, landscaping, and associated works. Due to the location and nature of the works, there will be elements of restricted access.
The role will be site-based, involving liaison and management of the principal contractor team, as well as their associated design, construction, commercial, supply chain, and consultancy teams.
Essential experience includes a proven track record as a Project Manager delivering BTR/student accommodation schemes. Candidates must hold current CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
