We are Great Wave AI, the UK's leading AI Agent Orchestration Platform. We are scaling fast, and are seeking a highly motivated Training & Enablement Lead to drive the adoption, education, and ongoing success of our AI Agent Platform. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert (SME), ensuring that our teams and customers are empowered to fully leverage the platform's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs (live sessions, workshops, e-learning, and documentation) to enable users across the organization.
* Act as the go-to subject matter expert for the Great Wave AI Platform providing guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
* Partner with Engineering teams to translate new features and capabilities into clear, actionable learning materials.
* Create onboarding and content programs to ensure consistent and scalable knowledge transfer.
* Collect feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve training effectiveness and adoption.
* Evangelize the platform across the industry, fostering a culture of AI literacy and hands-on engagement.
* Push the adoption and utilisation of the platform across new and existing clients

What We Are Looking For

* Proven experience in customer success, training, enablement, or technical education, ideally within SaaS, or enterprise technology platforms.
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly master complex systems.
* Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Experience developing engaging training content in multiple formats (presentations, video, LMS modules, documentation).
* Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
* Passion for driving adoption and empowering others with new technology.
* We are looking for someone who can commute to Lichfield for at least 3 days per week.

* Participate in our company share scheme and grow as we scale

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,420.00-£45,460.83 per year
