* Innovate: Identify new revenue streams and product areas, from Renewables to advanced Fuel Monitoring.
* Coach the Team: Lead and mentor a team of five specialists, fostering a high‑performance, member‑first culture.

* Sector Expertise: knowledge of the fuel or energy markets (Electric, Gas, or Liquid Fuels like Gas Oil and Diesel).
