Behaviour Mentor - Warrington | Start ASAP
Are you experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and ready to make a real difference? We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Warrington. This is an immediate start role.
Your Role:
1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs.
2. Develop and deliver strategies to improve engagement, behaviour, and social skills.
3. Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent support.
4. Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of interventions.
5. Be a positive role model, encouraging confidence, resilience, and independence.
